Precision Sourcing recently hosted their fourth Women In Data (WID)event at the beautiful new offices of KPMG in Sydney’s Barangaroo.
Over 90 people attended the event and were able to enjoy some fantastic insights during the presentations from Kathleen Goffey, Peter Inge, and Kate Phair.
Women In Data was founded by Precision Sourcing for three very clear reasons;
- To create awareness – only 24% of data professionals are women
- To create a diversity platform that gives WID a voice
- To allow data professionals to up-skill and develop via a like-minded community
What Women in Data has taught us is that the event carries a different meaning and purpose for a variety of people.
