In this role, you will work with diverse stakeholders across industries, designing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors tailored to client needs. You will also play a key role in system configuration, and ensuring seamless integration within the broader SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding modules in line with business requirements.
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse requirements, providing expert advice on best practices.
Ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors modules and other SAP systems.
Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors updates and innovations to deliver future-ready solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a focus on Recruitment and Onboarding modules.
Strong understanding of HR business processes and workflows.
Hands-on experience in configuration, customisation, and troubleshooting SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Recruitment and/or Onboarding (desirable)
