About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM Functional Consultant to join our client’s team on a 12-month contract. In this pivotal role, you will deliver expert SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions, supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of asset management processes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive process improvements, enhance system performance, and deliver high-impact outcomes for a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the functional design and implementation of SAP EAM modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse processes, and develop tailored solutions.
- Configure SAP EAM to support asset lifecycle management, including maintenance planning, work order management, and master data management.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and test integrations with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting for EAM-related challenges, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Deliver training and support to end-users, fostering adoption and optimising system utilisation.
- Support project milestones, including testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
About You:
To excel in this role, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with expertise in the EAM module.
- Strong knowledge of asset management processes, including preventive maintenance and work order execution.
- A track record of success in SAP implementations or upgrades, with experience in ECC or S/4HANA.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly solutions.
- Solid understanding of integration points between SAP EAM and other modules (e.g., MM, PM, FI).
- Strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to delivering results.
